is a management consultant, mentor, coach focusing on consulting in the development and implementation of corporate strategies, innovation projects and management efficiency. In addition to working for a multinational financial group as an Advisor to the Board, he is also a member of ABSL Fusion Faculty. Rudolf builds on a specific combination of coaching and mentoring and on the rich 30 years of experience he gained as a line and project manager and consultant in international companies. He is experienced both in developing top managers as well as in supporting junior leaders who are at the start of their career.
